You see, how you give feedback to one style may not be how you give the same feedback to another style. Once you have completed this course you will know how to deliver feedback to the four DISC Primary Styles. What is my time investment?

Optimally, you will do one module per week which means that you should complete the course within four weeks.  However, people move at different speeds so it’s hard to make an accurate estimation. We have provided an approximate duration with each lesson. Below is a course curriculum which contains the estimated duration for each lesson.

How long do I have access to the course?

You have access to the course for 6 months. Should you require access after this time we will consider an extension, however there is a fee attached to this.

Does this course have any certificates?
Yes, upon completion of the course you will receive a digital certificate, and a printed copy if you would like one.
Can I have face to face interaction with Instructor

This is a blended course consisting of online self paced modules and four webinars with your instructor.  Your instructor is available to answer questions at any time.  Just contact them via our direct messaging system from the course area.

When does the course start and finish?

You can start this course any time.  When you have completed each module, you will contact your instructor to arrange a time for the webinar. Access to the training material expires 6 months from your purchase date.
