The goal of this book is to offer some other ways of approaching the common parent-child interactions. Thereby taking away some of the stress that occurs for the parents going through their parenting duties. As well as relieving stress for the children, who feel a bit “off center” when they know that what they are being told and what they feel in their hearts are so different.


There are four parts to this book:

  1. A Primer on the DISC Behavioral Model as it applies to the challenges of parenting.
  2. Philosophies to apply for happier, healthier children… and parents or adults who may need to parent themselves because they were not parented along these same lines of thought.
  3. Tips and advice both from the authors and other parenting experts.
  4. Resources, Stories, FAQ’s and Recommended Reading.
